Hi Guys! I’m excited to share this unicorn needle felting tutorial with you! If you enjoyed this video please like and share!!
I filled the head and body with poly fill which is something you can do to save on wool. Unicorno has a large head… Almost the same size as the body! But the body is a little more bean shaped.
The mane pieces are kind of free form but they looks like misshapen teardrops. Just arrange them in a way that fits, like a puzzle.
The fun part for me was adding the frosting!
I made dolce but you can make your favorite unicorno! Check the tokidoki website and customize your unicorno colors as you please.
This is my second unicorn needle felt tutorial. My first unicorn tutorial is on my YouTube channel, Kawaii felting. I did this one early on and I wasn’t too happy about the video quality so I’ve been wanting to do another one to accompany my first.
This guy ended up looking a lot like Unicorno so I just went with it and made Donutella as well! She’s my favorite Tokidoki character. The tutorial is also on my YouTube channel.
My husband said that this Unicorno turned out cute but when I showed him Donutella he paused and said it was “artsy.” Hmm… what do you think? She didn’t get a lot of views so I’ll take that as it didn’t turn out so well :/
