Here is a needle felting tutorial for a kawaii pear to go with my “kawaii fruits” series. This tutorial is for beginner needle felters. Instead of just making a pear, I thought I could turn this into a tutorial for fall weddings! I have seen the wedding theme “the perfect pair” or “the perfect pear” before, so I thought this might make a cute wedding cake topper for a wedding with that theme. If you are using this as a wedding cake topper, I would recommend creating a base to mount the pears on so that they don’t get a ton of frosting on them! I included a tutorial for a glittery star shaped base, but you can also do a heart, circle, or any other shape.
If you are not at the “getting married” stage, this set of pears can make a cute gift for your significant other for a special occasion, or perhaps a cute couples gift!
You can also make a single pear to go with my “kawaii fruits” series. Let me know in the comments what other fruits tutorials you would like to see!
